This has been the smoothest used vehicle purchase I ever encountered. I drove 3 hours to look at this used Ford F350. Since purchasing my vehicle a couple of months ago l've encountered several issues: 1. Shock Absorber Replacement: A week after purchasing the car, the shocks needed replacement, covered by the warranty encountered several issues: 1. Shock Absorber Replacement: A week after purchasing the car, the shocks needed replacement, covered by the warranty. However, during this repair, the mechanic accidentally damaged my gas line and failed to disclose it. Additionally, scratches were left near the gas line without any acknowledgment. 2. Gas Leak Incident: Subsequently, my check engine light came on and I noticed a gas odor. Upon returning to the dealership, I discovered the gas line had indeed been nicked during the prior repair. The dealership refused responsibility and I was told I had to cover the remaining part of my rental costs caused by their error. Jay had already offered to pay my $100 deductible before knowing anything regarding this issue. After I refuse to cover the cost of my rental, they once again allowed me to drive away in an unsafe vehicle. 3. Safety Concerns: I was alarmed when I realized the potential hazards posed by the gas leak. Despite my concerns and after raising my voice, it took considerable effort to convince your team of the safety risk. I park in my garage and my husband, smokes plus being out driving. and someone throwing out a cigarette could've caused deadly consequences. 4. Unsatisfactory Resolution: While the dealership eventually covered the costs, I was taken aback by the dismissive attitude and the unwarranted treatment I received. Being barred from returning due to expressing my concerns in a heightened manner is both unfair and disrespectful. This experience has been distressing and, frankly, alarming. I believe in the importance of fair treatment, especially as a loyal customer who respects your team members like Jay. However, I find it challenging to comprehend the mistreatment I've faced despite being a former employee and a customer who had a prior positive opinion of your dealership. If the dealership had done nothing wrong, why were some jobs lost after this incident. I strongly urge a reevaluation of your customer service protocols to prevent such incidents from recurring and to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
