Purchased a used car from Doug @ Kocourek Ford. We searched and searched for a good used car at a good price. The mission was endless; until we met Doug. He did a great job for us and we are hoping to have a good used reliable vehicle. We did buy a warranty plan that Luke was so patient explaining to us. We have purchased vehicles from Kocourek before and have been happy with their service. I Highly recommend this dealership for a no crap car buying experience with very friendly people that actually care about your satisfaction.

Honesty and Integrity. Not words that I would typically use to describe a car salesperson, but they are exactly the words that I would use to describe Doug. Doug worked so hard for us. We came into Kocourek Ford not expecting to ever be able to afford the vehicle that we wanted but walked out that evening papers signed, bank NOT broken and smiling! It's been a month and we still are so pleased with our purchase and overall experience at Kocourek. If you're in the market to find a vehicle, find Doug. He will do everything possible to make your dream vehicle a reality.

Doug, I can't thank-you enough for working so hard for us.

Side note: Kocourek Ford has a great kids play area! It could use the Nickelodeon channel but the wall mural and toys kept the kids entertained.

Doug was great. He listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations appropriately. His follow up was optimal and no sales pressure or feeling of not respecting my business or what my "window" of purchase price could be given my own personal circumstances which he choose to understand and work with. I don't believe either of us felt like were were not involved in a reasonable fair deal.

Upon test drive the vehicle pulled to the right and the service department sought to fix this. I continued to experience the issue and needed to bring it back 2 additional times. The service was friendly and good but I didn't need to hear multiple times that the pulling was secondary to the crest of the road or that it did not pull. Little bit irritating when I know it did pull and those who drove the car would mention it spontaneously. After the last correction, and the tires were "rotated", it now pulls a bit to the left than the right but much better than before. I wonder if there is still a problem and hope it will not prematurely wear the tires because I do a lot of driving. I am reluctant to bring it up again because I don't want to seem annoying. Also, I bought the vehicle with 33K miles on it. I recently had the oil changed and the service folks (not at Kocorek) in Indiana said that the fuel filter was very dirty and this caused the hesitation I was experiencing in my acceleration at times. They said the filter was the original and should have been changed at the 30K servicing. I am a bit dissapointed that this was not. I have the original filter and plan to bring it in. It did cost me about $25-30 and likely caused me to have poorer miles per gallon of gas.
Eric Jacobs and Bob Rowe were great to work with. Great customer service.
Eric did a nice job of providing me with the info needed to make the decision on the extended warranty, which I am glad I purchased.
