Pleasant and Efficient I enjoyed my first visit to this dealer. Cookies and coffee while I waited, and an extremely hospitable staff. 130,000 XJ8L Service I brought my 2005 XJ8L in for its 130,000 mile service. I also had some concerns about the car's alignment, brake fluid, and gear selector. All of these items were dealt with quickly and the total bill was less than I was expecting. The staff at the dealership were all friendly and professional. Great maintenance experience I brought our Jaguar and Range Rover both in for service and as usual, the service was provided quickly so I could be on my way. Always a pleasant experience! I ordered my Range Rover Sport in 2011 from Jaguar Land Rover-Peoria after shopping other dealerships in IL to find the best purchase price. They bea I ordered my Range Rover Sport in 2011 from Jaguar Land Rover-Peoria after shopping other dealerships in IL to find the best purchase price. They beat every other quote I was given. I could not be happier with my car or the entire staff at Jaguar Land Rover Peoria. Having driven Mercedes and BMW's for many years, I never received the level of service that I do today. The dealership holds off road events a couple of times a year. Wow! What a blast. Because I love my car too much to drive in muddy conditions, JLRP supplies their own vehicle for crazy people like me to drive at the event!!! Besides the thrill of driving off road, they have meals catered in. These people get customer service right. More

Pain free service The team and Jaguar Land Rover - Peoria always gets my LR4 in when I need it and gets is back to me promptly. I live 90 miles away from the dealer and The team and Jaguar Land Rover - Peoria always gets my LR4 in when I need it and gets is back to me promptly. I live 90 miles away from the dealer and servicing my Land Rover is easier than servicing our Audi 6 miles away. One phone call to Jennifer or Doug gets me an appointment and a loaner delivered to my office. No hassel, no worries and it come back with the work done right, More

He had arranged an XF, but I mentioned the F - Type we walked by. He asked if I wanted an F Type as he had one as a loaner. It turned out to be a convertible as well. Although I only put about 20 miles on it, it was the most fun loaner I've ever had. I need to also mention Jennifer - always making sure I'm being taken care of . With Doug and Jennifer, there is never a problem with Jaguar Service. Love the flexibility and customer focus I get from Uftring Jaguar Peoria. More

They care for ALL my cars! Originally had an LR3 when I discovered that my nearest servicing dealer was 85 miles away. However, after some experience with their care for me I d Originally had an LR3 when I discovered that my nearest servicing dealer was 85 miles away. However, after some experience with their care for me I determined that the travel was worth it! With that trust in mind I went ahead and bought a new LR4 from them. Since I love my LR4 and will be "keeping it forever", I need Phil's team to take care of me. Over time and experience, your trust in them grows such that I have since acquired two Jaguars for them to care for. I'm now committed to Phil and his team for all of my vehicle support and I'm pretty comfortable with that! We also enjoy the off road events with all the friends in the J/LR team. More
