I was referred to Doug by a friend who told me Doug was a great person to work with when buying a new car. I was not disappointed. Doug was courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and a delight to deal with for my purchase of my new GS350. His humor is a welcome addition to his salesmanship. I would recommend Doug to my friends and family. I used to buy Volvo but only Lexus from this point forward and only from Stevinson Lexus.

My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
I went to Stevinson Lexus after a lady hit me, totaling my RX 330. My experience with Doug immediately was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable and most important not pushy. He even went out of his way to give me a print out of what my RX 330 booked at. He has responded to all questions and emails promptly.
When I had a situation occur in the service department Doug was very helpful and able to assist me in solving the problem. I would definitely recommend him.

Stevinson Lexus is by far the best dealer i have ever worked with. I should know I bought all eight of mine over the years from Steve Sekoula the GM and Doug Miner. I feel there integrity, vehicle knowledge, and just as important his follow up is exceptional.. everybody goes out of there way to make sure that the customer comes first.

My husband and I were looking for an used Range Rover. We stopped by to see Doug Miner and he told us that he had an customer with one who was going to trade one in, but wasn't going to be for a couple of weeks. I have purchased a number of cars over the years, and without any hesitation I would say that my best experience has been dealing with Doug Minor. His professionalism is outstanding. I believe Doug is always thinking of my needs in the car buying experience and not his own. Doug will always go the extra mile for his customers. I can't say enough about the whole buying experience and the ease that is reflected in the dealerships knowlegable employees. Buying a car can be fun or it can be an ordeal...Doug makes it fun and a worthwhile and easy experience.

My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
I had not bought a car in 13 years, and wasn't sure what to expect as far as dealing with a salesman. A co-worker referred me to Stevinson, and the rest was easy. Doug Miner called and asked what I was interested in, when I'd like to come, and we set up an appointment. He's very knowledgeable, but not high pressure at all, and the whole buying process was smooth. I started out thinking I wanted an IS, test drove it twice, and then I changed course and started all over with the ES, and Doug was nice and patient. He put me at ease, while still being very professional. There was a very minor issue when I took delivery of my car, and Doug apologized profusely and insisted that I enjoy a dinner out and send the bill to him. I've called him a few times with questions, and he's always made sure I'm satisfied. I'd definitely call him again for another purchase.

My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
the reason why I have given such a positive rating to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood is because of the hands on service and support i get from Doug Miner. He has been a great help to me. I have purchased four cars from him in the last three years and have always had a great experience. He understands his business. He understands that his clients are busy. When I arrive all is in order and ready to go. Whether that means a car to test drive, a loaner for service or all the paperwork simply ready to sign so I can be in and out quickly.

I also appreciate that Steve Szekula is a hands on GM and constantly willing to assist if need be.

Thanks to all the good folks at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood for taking care of me and for making it easy.
