Doug Miner at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood

Stephanie was waiting for us and personally led us to Doug Minors office . He had helped us pick out our Lexus early in the week. All paper work was handled quickly but explained thoroughly. The pricing was extremely competitive. The car was delivered in a beautiful condition. It is a Lexus of course it had to be beautiful.

Then Andrew explained all the features of the car in detail. A week later we have not found it feature that was not included in the checklist.

We enjoyed our Stevinson Lexus experience and would recommend Stevinson to any one wanting a easy buying experience

The salesman was very helpful, knowledgable, honest, and never pressured me to make a decision to buy right away. Everyone was very professional and friendly. When I got the car home and couldn't understand something in the manual I called and was put through immediately to Andrew who told me exactly what to do and made it so easy. Also, what may seem like a small detail, but it is really nice to have someone answer the phone. I love dealing with businesses who have an actual person answering their phone instead of the awful voicemail system. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was very impressed with Stevinson Lexus and all of the people that I had interaction with. Pete Souvall was an excellent consultant as I went through the sales process. He took great time to understand my situation and to help me make the right decision. They were very fair on both the new purchase and the value of my trade. I highly recommend Stevinson Lexus.

Working with Doug was the best experience I have had buying a car. He made it very quick and easy.He is a very nice person, and a funny guy. I will definitely be buying all my cars from him, and recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was referred to Doug by a friend who told me Doug was a great person to work with when buying a new car. I was not disappointed. Doug was courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and a delight to deal with for my purchase of my new GS350. His humor is a welcome addition to his salesmanship. I would recommend Doug to my friends and family. I used to buy Volvo but only Lexus from this point forward and only from Stevinson Lexus.

I went to Stevinson Lexus after a lady hit me, totaling my RX 330. My experience with Doug immediately was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable and most important not pushy. He even went out of his way to give me a print out of what my RX 330 booked at. He has responded to all questions and emails promptly.
When I had a situation occur in the service department Doug was very helpful and able to assist me in solving the problem. I would definitely recommend him.

Stevinson Lexus is by far the best dealer i have ever worked with. I should know I bought all eight of mine over the years from Steve Sekoula the GM and Doug Miner. I feel there integrity, vehicle knowledge, and just as important his follow up is exceptional.. everybody goes out of there way to make sure that the customer comes first.
