Outstanding Service and Professionalism - Zimmerman Honda We had narrowed down our decision to purchase an SUV to a Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander. Both had their advantages and disadvantages and likely we We had narrowed down our decision to purchase an SUV to a Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander. Both had their advantages and disadvantages and likely we would have been happy with either of the two. Visiting Zimmerman Honda and other local Toyota dealerships was like night and day however. Every member of the staff at Zimmerman Honda made us feel welcome but there was not the feeling of being pressured into buying as is the case with some dealerships. The feeling we received at a local Toyota dealership was a feeling of the cars would sell themselves so the staff did not have to work at it. Personally I stood in the lot for 20 minutes before having to ask for assistance. Once that assistance arrived he opened the vehicle and walked back inside after not being able to answer a few basic questions I had. I figurd he was going to send another person out with more familiarity with the Toyota Highlander's but another 20 minutes passed, with no assistance, before I got back into my car and left. Miraculously I didn't even receive a follow-up call from the primary Toyota salesperson I had been dealing with for a few weeks to see if I was still interested in the vehicle I was looking at. Needless to say I didn't pay another visit to the Toyota dealership and within four days had purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L from Zimmerman Honda. I still think the Toyota Highlander is a good vehicle from the reviews I have read but the service was awful. For future purchases our decision will be much easier, we'll just go straight to Zimmerman Honda. I'd much rather spend my money at a dealership at which the sales staff is willing to go out of their way to make sure the customer is well informed and comfortable with the purchase they are about to make. Not to mention we are extremely happy with the purchase of the Honda Pilot and feel we made the right choice fit our needs and lifestyle. More

I initially had my 2009 Honda serviced, which Craig found out the problem after digging deep. He offered a rental to me, since my job requires a car. I still think you did it on purpose, lol. So, I asked to talk to a salesperson, Doug came out to greet me. I had met him at the auto show, he started with me, as did Sean. They went above and beyond to get me approved. Jeff was also there through the process. He gave me a Honda 101 that was unbelievable. Cheri was also wonderful. I truly can not say enough about the persons I worked with at Zimmerman's. I will tell everyone I know. thank you so much!!!! More
