My car has been taken to this dealership for service 4 times this year 2023 for issues under the hood, such as faulty wiring, ignition coli burning up, Serpentine belt breaking, to now transmission warnin times this year 2023 for issues under the hood, such as faulty wiring, ignition coli burning up, Serpentine belt breaking, to now transmission warning and engine warning light. The service person Sean has informed me that it was due to a light strip being installed incorrectly that was professionally done to now magically wired being cut while the vehicle was in their possession. When asked to view camera footage of the time it was there I was denied and told to pickup my vehicle they would not be fixing it. I informed them that i take pictures each time of the engine area and could prove no such thing was done prior to dropping off my car and was RUDELY told to pickup my vehicle by the end of the day by Tony Bertschi and Doug Shore whom speaks to you as you are beneath them and have no knowledge. Seems like your employees have something to hide and are scamming people out of their warranty to collect money. As this is NOT the first time this has happened to me, June 27, 2022 they rotated my tires and did an oil change, only hand tightening my lug nuts and my wheel came off while driving! They filed a claim with warranty to hide the fact that it was their technicians negligence and made Ford warranty cover the damages cause - Alignment, Rim replacement, Hub replacement, and Rotor replacement. More

Beware service department. Very dishonest. Get 2nd opinions before you agree to anything. Do not trust them. Believing them was worst mistake I ever made.
