There isn't enough room here for me to write what if like. Terrible work. Went for carpet to be fixed finally after 4 times it was fix.but when I went to pick it up my SUV had a gash in the tight passen like. Terrible work. Went back and they fixed it but now I have waves in the paint or it could be the door it self when they sanded it..or what ever they do before painting it..horrible job This is a brand new vehicle..poor work. More

I was told certain maintenance was required when it wasn’t by their manager Drew. Forced to spend hundreds of dollars. I called in before they started working on my car and requested them NOT to do it. wasn’t by their manager Drew. Forced to spend hundreds of dollars. I called in before they started working on my car and requested them NOT to do it. Received a phone call back 5 hours later saying they did it. When I picked up my car I spoke with Drew their manager that printed out my manual and stated that the services are REQUIRED and I had no choice but to do them which is not true. I own my car. Refused to give me my car unless I paid the hundreds of dollars for the services I asked them not to do. More
