I thought my car purchase went really well and Drew was very attentive to help make the sale! The only suggestion I'd make is to offer the No Worries Plus warranty as an option and not something you have very attentive to help make the sale! Jordan was very helpful, professional and friendly. I liked the email/text confirmations and car ready texts, and the ability to schedule and reschedule online. Drew was awesome and I would give him a 5. Unfortunately the dealer has very inefficient processes that wastes the buyer’s time. It took us 10 to 11 hours to purchase a vehicle, and ,most of t Unfortunately the dealer has very inefficient processes that wastes the buyer’s time. It took us 10 to 11 hours to purchase a vehicle, and ,most of that time was spent waiting. We test drove a truck, but had to return the next day when a vehicle was located to negotiate pricing. Vehicle arrived the following day and we scheduled 4:00 pm to sign the papers and pick it up expecting no more than 2 hours tops. No, it was 9:00 pm before we left and we were starving as we missed our dinner plans. And there were no issues to be resolved. Just inefficiency! Then I had to come back on Monday due to a snafu. Listening to the finance manager mark down warranties gave me the feeling that Honda’s warranties are subpar as well. There is a better way than running down your brand. I bought an Acura a couple of months ago, and it was just over two hours for the entire process from walking on the lot to signing papers. Buying a vehicle shouldn’t take hours of hanging around the showroom. You have some great employees. Please Evaluate your processes so that your customers aren’t hanging out for hours to sign a few papers. It is frustrating for the buyer and reduces your referrals. More
