We had narrowed our search for a car down to two SUVs. Totally confused how to choose the best fit for us we went to Gladstone Toyota. I am so happy we did. Dusty was our salesperson. He tried to lead us to everything we wanted and needed in our car. We ended up getting a Lexus from another dealership but want to thank Dusty for helping us on our journey to the right car for us at this time. What an AMAZING car buying experience! ! Dusty/my salesman was super easy to deal with, very helpful and felt more like a friend than a salesman! My husband and I will defiantly be goi ! Dusty is a friendly, smart, helpful person with a lot of experience. I have been in the market for a new car for over 3 months and I have been to 3 other car dealerships prior to coming to Toyota of Gladsto experience. I have been in the market for a new car for over 3 months and I have been to 3 other car dealerships prior to coming to Toyota of Gladstone. Dusty helped my find a car within an hour of arriving at the dealership. He was easy going and straight to the point. I did not feel any pressure from him to buy a car during my visit there. There was no aggression whatsoever which I really appreciate. Dusty was very informative about all the options and features of various car models which really helped me decide on a car. This was my first car buying experience and I highly recommend Dusty! More

I’m so Glad! I went to Gladstone Toyota to purchase my new Tacoma. Before my purchase at Gladstone I went to a few Toyota dealerships and found them to be disinge I went to Gladstone Toyota to purchase my new Tacoma. Before my purchase at Gladstone I went to a few Toyota dealerships and found them to be disingenuous. My goal was to have a new truck but equally important was to have a positive experience making that big purchase! Dusty, is amazing. Why? Because he honestly went about figuring out exactly what I wanted and opened me up to other vehicle options as a way to define my ideal truck. Then once we both figured out we were both on the same page. He kept in communication with me when my perfect price and type of Tacoma became available at the dealership. Dusty walked me thru the process of financing with Toyota. Originally, I went thru my Bank to finance but the rates with Toyota saved me 2% reduction in interest. Then of course purchasing is a lengthy process, Dusty was very accommodating and explained everything as well as everyone who works there are very pleasant and helpful. So when I finally had my keys in hand and a full tank of gas. I drove out of Gladstone Toyota dealership a happy and proud owner of Tacoma. Thank you Dusty! More
