Dusty is a very kind and helpful representative to work with. He takes the time to explain the issues with my car and is quick to handle repairs in a timely fashion. The staff at BMW did a fantastic job as always on my car. I had returned to my parked car to find a dent in quarter panel. When service was finished with it, it was completely invisible.
