We weren't sure what we wanted and shopped at more than 10 different dealerships. When we arrived at BMW of Ann Arbor, Alex Upshur greeted us. After about 30 minutes, and before even test driving a car, I realized that we would most likely be buying a car through Alex. As I told him that day, he was the first car salesmen we had met that really knew the products he was selling. Alex was able to answer every technical question we had. He was enthusiastic, obviously a true fan of BMW. But most importantly, Alex was calm, polite, and low pressure - a pleasure to work with. Once we test drove a car...well, that was it - we were hooked. It has now been two months since purchasing a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive, and my wife still loves it. We have also had excellent experiences with the service department. Dusty Harrison and the rest of the service staff that I have met so far have impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. More

Great Customer Experience! I just bought my first BMW and had a great experience. I worked with Alex Upshur during the process. Alex did a great job of really helping me pick the right BMW for me. There was no pressure during the process, just a lot of great questions to help me decide which car I should buy. When it came time to actually purchase, it was hassle free. The sales manager, Lane was also great to work with. It wasn't your typical back and forth buying process. They made a solid first offer on my trade in and gave me a great price on my new 328i. The entire customer experience was awesome. They make you feel right at home and answer all of your questions. Even Nancy in the finance office was great. Typically, when you do into the finance office you are "sold" very hard on the "extras". Not the case with Nancy. Straight forward and the numbers stayed the same! Since buying the car 1 week ago, I received 2 follow up calls from Alex making sure everything is okay with the car, 1 email from the Sales Manager welcoming me to the family and just yesterday, a box of Godiva Chocolates as a thank you gift (my wife and kids loved them.) All in all, one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I WILL be going back there for my next one! More

I somewhat recently brought in my 7 Series for maintenance and Dusty was my Service Advisor. He provided me with regular updates on my service, along with a detailed list/explanation of the neede maintenance and Dusty was my Service Advisor. He provided me with regular updates on my service, along with a detailed list/explanation of the needed repairs. Additionally, I planned on selling the car myself and he offered some great advice. I also had a 3 Series in for service and my experience with Dusty was very consistent with respect to my prior 7 Series visit. He even went the extra mile and personally buffed out a couple scratches for me. A couple years ago, prior to the new ownership, I had a less than desirable experience while attempting to buy a BMW at this dealership. My excellent experience with Dusty in Service brought me back to the dealership for another 3 Series purchase. It was his integrity and great customer service that prompted me to give the dealership another chance. I am also pleased to say this recent purchase was a great experience. More

The management and sales team at BMW Ann Arbor have worked tirelessly to put BMW A2 on top of the dealer list in the area. Alex Upshur is excellent, and knows his stuff, which is saying a lot as it is rare to find a sales associate who can discuss ( with knowledge) features, operation and performance of every car they might sell. Alex has done his homework, and answered every question I had relating to two cars I was looking at, and he was right in what he said. I recommend BMW of Ann Arbor as a hometown sales and service center you can rely on and feel at home at. That is a tall order these days but they do it every day. I have been in over seven times this month during and after my purchase and it's the same every time- perfect ! More

Dusty Harrison and the folks at BMW of Ann Arbor made my service issue completely problem free. When I came in for my regular vehicle check, I pointed out that my TPM system was acting up. I told Dusty th service issue completely problem free. When I came in for my regular vehicle check, I pointed out that my TPM system was acting up. I told Dusty that, unless it's absolutely essential to the safe operation of the vehicle, I'd have to pass on getting it fixed or replaced that day. Dusty had the BMW of Ann Arbor mechanics look it over and it turned out that there was a wire that had loosened (on an '07 328i with almost 90k miles, that's not bad for the only thing I've needed repaired, too!) that needed to be replaced and the cost was FAR less than it could have been. I appreciate that kind of extra service and concern for their customer's costs. I gave the green light for the repair and it was ready within an hour. The service department at BMW of Ann Arbor have a great attitude and really made me feel like I was getting the best service possible at a competitive price. My vehicle runs great, got a clean bill of health, and left the shop clean and shiny! Thanks guys! More
