Everything went well as usual and everyone was cordial respectful, and made me feel valued as a customer. One of your service technicians in particular Dwayne provided impeccable customer service. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in processing my information and thoroughly explaining the specials that were available for my car's service needs. Dwayne also explain to me that there would be a certain amount of time and wait with the service that was needed which I expected being a Monday but after everything was over he apologized for the wait which was refreshing to hear. It's always good to see the younger professionals doing a great job. Thanks for all your help Dwayne and great job Nissan. More

I have known Mr. Morris since 2003 we I first came down from the DC area via the military, Dwayn have serviced all three of my Nissan vechicles (‘00 Maxima, ‘08 Armada, and ‘14 Maxima). Living in VA Beach, Norfolk, and now Cheasapeake(Western Branch) my vehicles always make the drive to Hall Nissan sand get service by Dayan Morris). Your business grows from location, products and demand, however, your best assets are the people you trust in any organization. Dwyan is one of the best if not the best resources that can guide you in making recommendations to repairs, routine maintenance, and the best options at the time. Owning a vehicle and making costly repairs is no we delight ourselfs, but with timely repairs to keep you going is everything in this area. Shannon serviced my Armada this we and her work is excellent as well this week! I have a lot of work completed on both the 08 Armada and 14 Maxima. All done in 2/26 and 2/28 (2019) and I can not say enough about this team but World Class at the least. More

He is extremely personable and professional and makes the customer's needs and concerns a priority. My experiences and encounters here have always been positive. First, I am always greeted by name. In a world filled with on-line reservations, emails and text notifications, this personal touch is especially appreciated and really could make the difference between someone having a bad day and someone having a better day. So thanks for that. Second, everything is always explained and I never feel pressured into putting out more money than necessary. Everyone has always spoken to me respectfully and never in a condescending or belittling tone. This earns you major cool points in my book. Third, I bought my vehicle from Hall Nissan Virginia Beach in October 2010 and have been having my vehicle serviced at this location religiously since then. I totally understand the value of regular and preventive maintenance. I can also honestly say that I am always extremely satisfied with the service and work performed on my vehicle and haven't ever had to bring my vehicle back because something wasn't done or wasn't done right. Finally, thank you for hiring the talented representatives and front-line personnel you have in the service department. Having the right people in the right job is key and you have certainly accomplished that. You guys ROCK!! More

Exceptional Service visit Now this is the service known and very much appreciated. Bernard Branch ALWAYS has my best interest in mind. Took my Armada right in. Corrected an issue caused by the body shop, oil change and new wiper blades, almost before I could finish my complimentary donut. He is the main reason I bring mine and my Wife’s cars in.
