Bought my car. Just got out of warranty and what do you know wheel bearing needs replaced. Made the complaint months ago. The first adviser I spoke with was worthle Just got out of warranty and what do you know wheel bearing needs replaced. Made the complaint months ago. The first adviser I spoke with was worthless. Asked for inspection and they didn’t fill up fluids even though I told him before I dropped vehicle off that it was low on fluids. When I asked him why they didn’t he said I don’t know maybe they forgot. He said to bring it back and I told him I didn’t have time and he said well bring it back when you maybe have some time. I also told him about the noise my wheel was making and he told me he didn’t hear anything wrong but the car is so loud I feel like I have to turn my stereo up to the max to hear it over the tires and he made sure to tell me I would need new tires but they had an uneven wear pattern. Probably from the wheel bearing that was making that terrible noise. Used to love this dealership and bought my Toyota from here and always had it serviced here but I am very dissatisfied this past year and don't know if I want to come back More
