Ed Rivera was professional, kind and easy to deal with. He wasn't overly pushy and made the experience pleasant. The process was easy and having the documents to read and sign on the desk was cool. Not a fan of the "Al Hendrickson Advantage" program, it has a lot of things that will probably never be used so was a waste of money for me. But overall a good experience. More
