Excellent Service Suburban ford of Waterford was always welcoming and had exceptional service. I really enjoyed working with Ed. He was very helpful and answered all the questions that I had thoroughly. He also was honest and upfront about all vehicle costs and charges which you don’t see from many salesman. I also enjoyed how all the salesman weren’t pushy like a lot of other dealerships because it made me trust them more. More

I found a hard-to-find low mileage used vehicle on cars.com and Ed contacted me almost immediately with the result of my inquiry. He was very accommodating in scheduling our test drive and was willing to stay late to help us get the right financing that met our needs. Mike Barker was very knowledgeable of the financing options and very patiently explained all of our options. We would both highly recommend Suburban Ford of Waterford based on this all-around outstanding experience. More

Made dreams a reality. So I’ve been in the market for a new (to me) car for some time now. Been perusing autotrader for the last year or so dreaming of the day I could buy o So I’ve been in the market for a new (to me) car for some time now. Been perusing autotrader for the last year or so dreaming of the day I could buy one. I was in a bad high interest loan on the focus that seemed impossible to get out of. On a whim Norah and I went to “look” and see what was out there. We arrived at Suburban Ford of Waterford, and was greeted by a salesman that genuinely wanted to help, even though I was “just looking”. He asked what I was in the market for and what my ideal payment would be. He began to show me options that fit what I was interested in and fit my needs. He was super patient as I had my 1 and a half year old running around terrorizing the dealership. He got up from his desk and encouraged Norah to see how the car fit her in the drivers seat. In the midst of Norahs test drives, I was provided with a quote for the vehicle that sparked my interest. Unfortunately the payment was more than I was willing to pay. I began to thank my salesman for his time (almost 4 hours of it) and he said, “let me see what I can do for you”. He disappeared for 15-20 minutes and came back with a disappointing look on his face. He said Mr. Johnson, I fought really hard to get the vehicle into the payment you were looking for, but unfortunately I could not. But, I was able to get you close (within $30) and I was able to give you more for your trade so you will not be rolling any negative equity into the new vehicle. We were able to work out of a deal that satisfied the both of us, and I drove off in my new truck. Although the deal isn’t fully complete based on logistics issues with my old cars title, he put in the effort, gave me honest feedback and advise steering me away from my initial choice based on unadvertised issues with it. My salesman was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever received from any retail environment. Thank you for turning dreams and wishful thinking into a reality and thank you for helping me purchase my first vehicle on my own without help. The BEST experience! I had the best experience with Ed Rogin at Suburban Ford Waterford so I thought it was important to share. I first looked on line at the Ford Escape I had the best experience with Ed Rogin at Suburban Ford Waterford so I thought it was important to share. I first looked on line at the Ford Escape for my daughter to compare the SE model vs the SEL model and messaged a few questions. The computer sent the message to a sales rep (Shay) who promptly called me to answer my questions, she’s going to get back to me after looking at there inventory (20 acres of Ford) but during the conversation i mentioned i bought a car years earlier from them at there old dealership. Shay called me back within a few minutes to let me know i had several options and that she had reached out to my sales rep from years prior and had forwarded the information to him and he would be calling me with any more requests because she wanted to be fair and not to step on anyones toes (honesty, integrity and teamwork!-thank you Shay). Ed Rogin reached out to me through a text and phone call within a few minutes and had several options for me plus had already done some research to make sure i was getting all the rebates i was eligible for ahead of time. My daughter and I drove out to see him to look at a few vehicles he had identified for us. Unfortunately for Ed my daughter knew what she wanted and although they had what looked to be over 100 escapes they didnt have the specific vehicle she wanted, Ed did say “if we dont have it I’ll get it” so within a few minutes he found one for us and transferred it. While we waited for them to prep it and fill it with gas he gave us a tour of there new dealership -AWESOME.... this is a place you want to see, they definately give back to the customer. Lounges, kids play area, coffee bar and state of the art service station. We didnt pass one employee that didnt say “hi”. When we were ready Ed had his IT guru go over the apple play and Ford play with my daughter to Better understand how everything works and syncs with her phone(indoors mind you in there indoor heated pick up bays) and away we went the same day within a few hours. Go see Ed Rogin for the BEST hassle free sales and take the time to see there new state of the art dealership it sure beats buying on line! Thank you ED, Hailey and Jerome More
