Over Priced Labor Vehicle was in for Recall Notice and Inspection. Needed new rear shocks for my 2010 Ford Escape to pass inspection, these were not struts where the sp Vehicle was in for Recall Notice and Inspection. Needed new rear shocks for my 2010 Ford Escape to pass inspection, these were not struts where the springs needed removed and compressed, just regular 2 point fixed locations. Price per shock was OK, but Labor to install was over $225. I have been to other service garages over 40 years and Never paid this much for installation, but I needed the inspection done as it was the end of the month. I would highly question the labor rate if other work is required again. More

What a Dealership I just finished purchasing my 4th vehicle from Bill Clifford. Out of all the other dealerships that I have purchased cars from. Not one works with you I just finished purchasing my 4th vehicle from Bill Clifford. Out of all the other dealerships that I have purchased cars from. Not one works with you like the personel from Cortese. The Lincoln Line is in my opinion one of the best on the market and gets under rated on the reviews. Anyone looking to buy a top quality car should check out the Lincoln line and the personel from Cortese Lincoln. Nice Job Guys and Thank You! More

After past issues we had we were tentative to come back. Our son's car (which we purcahsed at this location last February) was up for inspection. I called and made an appointment with Ed Smith. When he called to explain what the issue was he let us know the concern was covered under warranty and the car would be ready by Monday. Picked up the car, Ed explained we would have to drive the car around and come back to have our sticker placed on it. He was patient, thorough and friendly. Thank you Ed Smith for incredible customer service! We will be back again! More

I have been a loyal Acura owner for over 30 years. I was very skeptical about the Lincoln brand and level of service I could expect. I was pleasantly surprised by salesman Tim May's no-nonsense, honest appr very skeptical about the Lincoln brand and level of service I could expect. I was pleasantly surprised by salesman Tim May's no-nonsense, honest approach. I was given an exceptional price for my trade-in when I first spoke with him in August 2012. Due to 2013 MKZ delivery delays, the car was not available until April of 2013. I was very concerned they would not honor their original trade-in offer because my car went well over 100,000 miles. Some dealerships would have offered me a great price to keep me interested then when the car was available, offer me thousands less. Much to my amazement, they honored their original offer. Tim May kept telling me, "We are here to make sure you are completely satisfied". I kept thinking, "Yea, right." The more experience I had with Tim and the Cortese Dealership, the more I was impressed. I wanted to know what I was getting myself into so, I initiated contact with between 10 – 15 different employees. Each and everyone expressed a genuine enthusiasm for the Lincoln brand and the Cortese Dealership. Many have been there for well over twenty years and virtually all of them spoke about being part of the “Lincoln Family”. I had some minor cosmetic matters I wanted taken care of. I am very particular about my car and believe that the better you take care of your car, the better it will take care of you. Service manager John and his people, Dino and Ed, immediately addressed ALL of my concerns, no matter how minor it was. I was told several times, "We are here for you." I know from past experience, other dealerships would have told me I was just going to have to live with it or I was being too picky. I am very pleased with my interaction with the Cortese Lincoln Dealership and look forward to working with them for many years to come. More
