Excellent selection of Vehicles and they found an excellent match for a truck we wanted to purchase. Was a simple process and great team overall. Excellent customer experience. Our new used Ford Edge It was a bit confusing at first, as the car we were going to look at was in a different place from where we were sent to view it . When we sat down to work with our salesman everything went fine. Our salesman, Marcus, and the dealership's accountant, Ed. were thorough and made sure that we understood everything. Wonderful dealership! This place has the best service I've ever received, and certainly the best out of any of the metro Ford dealerships. Ed Villavicencio was particularly helpful, courteous, and extremely accomodating when we were shopping for a used Ford F150 Lariat. I can't praise him enough for how awesome he was at helping us find a great value! I would recommend him to anyone, including first time car buyers. More

WARNING I Bought a truck here 3 weeks ago , since than it has broke 3 times and now after there mechanics have fixed this (quote from manger Cole "simple and I Bought a truck here 3 weeks ago , since than it has broke 3 times and now after there mechanics have fixed this (quote from manger Cole "simple and incredibly rare problem") it's broke again same exact issue .... so what I take from this is a learning experience they are obviously not very capable of simple problems so please do not bring them anything complex and make sure it's a "good day" for your problem or they may not be able to help you at all. In fairness I understand you guys don't have "crystal xxxxx" (cole) but this is by far the worst experience I've I had in any merchant/consumer situation I've been in . Going on week 4 without a vehicle thank you service industry eXperts More

Rude finance lady- Lisa Mick I was there last night and purchased a ford fusion. Your awesome sales guy Eddie V was very nice and helpful, on the other hand the finance lady, Lisa I was there last night and purchased a ford fusion. Your awesome sales guy Eddie V was very nice and helpful, on the other hand the finance lady, Lisa Mick was very rude and didn't seem to care about the customers needs. For example, I want personalized plates therefore I asked Eddie last night if Ford does that or do I take my form that I filled out to the DVS. He went to ask Lisa and I was told that I could take it to the DVS because I will get it faster then going through Ford. This morning my mom went to the DVS and turned in my form and they said we were supposed to get a form from Ford which we never received. Therefore, my mom calls Ford and asked about a form we were supposed to get and she was transferred to Eddie cell phone which got him out of bed. My mom then went over to Ford and spoke to Lisa which she stated "why didn't you do this last night when you were here"? Then in the explanation box of personal plates I put in there "new car", she then went on saying that my explanation won't work and being snippy, rude and unprofessional about it. I never had a problem with Ford until now. Lisa Mick is very rude and has poor customer service skills which is representing Ford in a negative matter. More

My wife and I had such a bad experience with Ed that I am compelled to let everyone know about it. I went to Apple Ford to look at purchasing a new work truck. I was looking for a new F-350 XL. Despite ha compelled to let everyone know about it. I went to Apple Ford to look at purchasing a new work truck. I was looking for a new F-350 XL. Despite having a few of these on their website, there were none at the dealership when I arrived. Ed told me that "you don't fit my demographic" because I didn't want a King Ranch or Lariat..."That's all I sell". Needless to say I was very insulted. He was unwilling to locate a vehicle for me at any other dealerships because "There is nothing in it for me. I hope you understand." Well Ed, I hope you understand how your poor customer service resulted in me leaving this review and making a purchase elsewhere. More

I have a 2003 Focus with 200000 miles....It was time for a new 2013 so I stopped in and saw Kif Patrick to pick one up on the last day of the year. They did not have one in stock so Kif did his best to loc a new 2013 so I stopped in and saw Kif Patrick to pick one up on the last day of the year. They did not have one in stock so Kif did his best to locate me a 5 speed manual Focus Titanium with almost every option and got it here before the rebates and discounts were about to change on the 2nd of January. Kif was great to work with and I had a positive experience with him and everyone I encountered. The used car manager, Ryan McCormick also gave me a fair trade for my black Lincoln Navigator.
