Born in New Orleans and moved to Atlanta in '87 with my family. I'm a second generation car-tech. My dad was in the business 38 years. I have four kids in college - 3 girls and a son. Hello Herebyproxy, I am happy to refer you to a trusted partner that services vehicles of that age. Our shop is now equipped to service newer Mazda vehicles ( Less than 10 Years). The Technical Service Bulletin you referenced was issued in 2013 as a guide to technicians to troubleshoot the issue of headlights flickering when brakes applied. That repair was performed under warranty only while the vehicle had remaining factory warranty. A Technical Service Bulletin is not an indication of a safety issue nor is it associated with the protocol for safety recalls.
