Terrible experience, they tried to price gouge me and do a lot of unnecessary stuff to my car. They quoted me $3,000 and completely misdiagnosed my 2014 mazda cx-5. Their service manager (Eddie?) charged me a lot of unnecessary stuff to my car. They quoted me $3,000 and completely misdiagnosed my 2014 mazda cx-5. Their service manager (Eddie?) charged me $300 for diagnostics that were incorrect. I took it Pep boys after taking it to Jim Ellis (because the car was still drivable mind you) and pep boys said all I needed was a new battery and like magic the issue was fixed. I gave Pep boys the diagnostic report from Jim Ellis Mazda and they said it was definitely an attempt at overcharging me for unnecessary services and my alternator has been working fine ever since, even though Jim Ellis Mazda said it had already gone bad. DO NOT trust this dealership or service department, I'll never use them again. This felt like a scam for sure. More

I ordered a part and paid for it. Was told that it would be in within a couple of weeks. After two weeks, I had to call and e-mail to get an update. Was told that it would be there Was told that it would be in within a couple of weeks. After two weeks, I had to call and e-mail to get an update. Was told that it would be there "Thursday or Friday". When I hadn't gotten notice that it had shipped on the following Monday, I played he!! actually speaking to a real person. Eventually, I was told (two weeks after paying for the item) that it was on backorder and woudn't ship until July at the earliest. Also, I have not received the full refund for my order as of yet. Avoid these folks! More
