The disclosure of the numerous recalls by Toyota of their automobiles raised serious questions in my mind, but the issues seem to have been resolved by the DOT investigation. More

Use Jim Falk for my Lexus service. Eddie is my service rep and he is the best. ALways feel like he treats me fairly and keeps me informed about my repairs. Only have one complaint is that it takes too lon rep and he is the best. ALways feel like he treats me fairly and keeps me informed about my repairs. Only have one complaint is that it takes too long get your car when you come to pick it up. Took about 10 minutes on my last visit. More

Eddie takes fantastic care of our two IS models. Whether we need a loaner or shuttle service, we're never inconvenienced when we need to bring our cars in.
