He walked us through if it's a need or a want on most of them and realistically helped us choose what would work best for our needs. Didn't pressure us once we chose the lower trim. Most places would get upset that we wanted a higher priced vehicle and settled for a lower priced one. Fixed an issue after returning the next day with no questions asked. Stop in and ask for Jay!!! More
