Excellent Work By The Service Center Our new car was hit from behind doing damage to the back of the car. We took the car in to be examined! The Service Center had just received the ins Our new car was hit from behind doing damage to the back of the car. We took the car in to be examined! The Service Center had just received the insurance information from the driver who hit us. They told us what needed to be done, scheduled us for it to be repaired and in 3 days it was returned to us in excellent condition. They made an unfortunate accident into a good experience with the car looking like new again! More

Had body work done removed bumber fixed and repaint. Did not plug brake light directional signal in after putting bumper on. Not pleased. Car back at shop until Monday! Also wanted scracthes touched up or b not plug brake light directional signal in after putting bumper on. Not pleased. Car back at shop until Monday! Also wanted scracthes touched up or buffed out for a $50 charge and it was not done satisfactory. Ed used my touch up paint in the parking lot. Minor surface scratches appeared to be ignored as well as minor chips on the hood. More

The insurance company asked if there was a repair shop My most recent experience with your dealership was due to an accident I was recently involved. The insurance company asked if there was a repair shop that I preferred to use, I told them John Paul GMC, it didn't surprise me to hear that John Paul was listed as one of their preferred vendors. The majority of my dealings relative to this visit were with Ed, the body shop manager and from his initial call to me, he was professional and straight to the point. He took care of all the arrangements with the rental car facility and made my experience smooth and easy from start to finish. The work that was performed on my vehicle was excellent and it looks better than it did when it bas new. Keep up the great work and thank you for exceeding my expectations as a customer! More
