Agreed upon price, they will not remove the LoJack or Protection packages. Salesman was pretty good, went thru financing, we already had a check from our lender. This vehicle listed as a CPO, "don't worry, if the battery didn't pass they would have changed it". Two days after getting it home (we live over 100 miles away) the battery died. The primary battery was an old one and not the correct dimensions to fix in place. Ended up replacing both the primary and auxiliary batteries with Interstate. Tried to get into LoJack web sight to set up, but you need something from the selling dealer. Four messages left with the dealers receptionist, one time talking to the salesman, a text message to the sales manager, talking to the preowned vehicle director, and finally talking to somebody in finance. These attempts were over a months period since the sale. At this point, I'm told we can't activate it right now, so have referred the problem to sales. I will say this, it's a nice facility and they do seem to have a good stock on hand. This is my second preowned jeep that I've bought from them. Seems they've taken money for a product that they then are not furnishing! I'm on the hunt for their corporate headquarters, and then researching thru the Texas Attorney General office, and my credit card company. Quick to make the sale, snails pace on followup customer service when you, their client, has a problem. In a perfect world they'd be refunding the costs of the batteries, LoJack and Protection package. More

I can only give a four star rating. I cannot give us five star rating because I encountered the following problems but first, your sales person QUIN Kelly was great experience! I mentioned to your GM Jason that my vehicle was certified yet when I opened the trunk and looked for a spare tire it was missing. I have no confidence that your technician did in fact go through the checklist for a certified car. How could he miss something so basic and imagine if I left without the spare I get down the road I get a flat tire!? Then the next day, one of your people name, Manny put a spare tire in the car but Manny forgot to put the jack underneath the spare tire where it belongs so I have a tire but no jack to me these are unacceptable things that need to be corrected. Other than that, the experience was pretty good. I love your coffee machine very high-quality. More

Bought a vehicle and am having regrets. They promised to fix a couple of issues for us, but have made no effort to inform us of any progress. We have called several times with no updates provided. Would encourage you to think twice about using this dealership, and if you have any issues, make sure you get their commitment in writing. We took the finance managers word that they would address our issues, but again, we’ve heard nothing from them and it’s been a couple weeks already. More
