If I could give a 0 star review I would. We were speaking with Bijon (probably spelled this wrong but it's the finance guy) and Michael (salesman). We called on a used expedition max King Ranch that we were ready to purchase, but they had told us that it belong to the owner of the dealership and that they could not commit to showing it to us until we committed to purchasing it. So we explained to them that as long as, everything was correct from what they were sending us pictures and information about then we would purchase it. We live 3 1/2 hours away so we would not drive that far if we weren't serious. They made it a point to say that it would be out of the owners way to bring their car in for us to purchase it and we assured them of how serious we were. (They made a HUGE deal about this). We then got a call from the finance department and said that they wanted to have all paperwork and numbers settled before we got there so they knew we were serious. So we have been back-and-forth on the phone making sure everything's correct all morning. The finance department called us 1:50pm Telling us what our trade would be and how much it would be worth. We asked them to send over the number so we had it in writing. Never got the numbers. We were waiting on this. Then we got a call at 3:15 from the dealership stating that someone just signed the papers on it and it sold. After we were assured that we were the first in line. I would highly advise to not do any type of dealing with this dealership. They will underhand you and go against their word. This type of dealing is what gives car salesman and dealerships a terrible name. I want to use the word "slimy car dealership" because I can't say worse on Google. More

Agreed upon price, they will not remove the LoJack or Protection packages. Salesman was pretty good, went thru financing, we already had a check from our lender. This vehicle listed as a CPO, "don't worr Protection packages. Salesman was pretty good, went thru financing, we already had a check from our lender. This vehicle listed as a CPO, "don't worry, if the battery didn't pass they would have changed it". Two days after getting it home (we live over 100 miles away) the battery died. The primary battery was an old one and not the correct dimensions to fix in place. Ended up replacing both the primary and auxiliary batteries with Interstate. Tried to get into LoJack web sight to set up, but you need something from the selling dealer. Four messages left with the dealers receptionist, one time talking to the salesman, a text message to the sales manager, talking to the preowned vehicle director, and finally talking to somebody in finance. These attempts were over a months period since the sale. At this point, I'm told we can't activate it right now, so have referred the problem to sales. I will say this, it's a nice facility and they do seem to have a good stock on hand. This is my second preowned jeep that I've bought from them. Seems they've taken money for a product that they then are not furnishing! I'm on the hunt for their corporate headquarters, and then researching thru the Texas Attorney General office, and my credit card company. Quick to make the sale, snails pace on followup customer service when you, their client, has a problem. In a perfect world they'd be refunding the costs of the batteries, LoJack and Protection package. More
