I've been in the automotive business for almost 25 years now. In that time I've spent 20 years in management, as a sales manager, F&I manager, and automotive cansultant. I spent 7 years facilitating sale events for dealers thru out the country and have always been invited back because of the honest upfront way we did business.My sucess in this field comes from the ability to build a strong relation with people by listening to their wants and needs and not bringing high pressure to the table. I'm pretty laid back and I think that is why people feel at ease with me.

Well this was the 3rd time we went to buy a car at Mileone Heritage and for the 3rd time I will say it was perfect!! Ed ( car dealer ) was open and was working with us in all the process form the begi Mileone Heritage and for the 3rd time I will say it was perfect!! Ed ( car dealer ) was open and was working with us in all the process form the beginning to the end, he helped us find a good, affordable, and new car that fit all of my wife taste ( color, interior etc ) and today we can't be more than happy have a deal with him we will always go to mileone Heritage if we want to buy a car. No hard sales tactics. Easy to work with. Would of given dealer top marks if I hadn't discovered the reason a new after market bedliner was installed was to hide damage to truck bed. My problem now. Advise if purchasing used vehicle pay attention to after market product left on the vehicle as it is not common practice for a franchise dealer to do that due to liability issues.
