Outstanding Customer Service My mother and I recently visited the Lexus of Greenwich Dealership, to pursue a lease buyout of an expiring lease she had with the dealership. Carlos Villaverde and Alex Ocheguerra seamlessly led us through the process on an expedited timeframe. This is not a service that the dealership receives a significant profit. But it didn't matter. They treated like we were buying a new car, with incredible customer service. They valued the fact that we have been part of the Lexus "Family" for several years and treated us as such. We certified the car ( and received great communication and service from Edwin Molina-Lopez) as they explained the process and benefits of doing so. Needless to say, we couldn't be more pleased with how this all turned out.
