Was greeted promptly by a service advisor. Explained to him why I was there, he assured me that a technician would go through my vehicle to figure out the problem. About a half hour later was called back i him why I was there, he assured me that a technician would go through my vehicle to figure out the problem. About a half hour later was called back into the service area and told what was wrong with my car and that it was all covered under my current warranty. They called enterprise to bring me a car and was on my way. When I picked up my car it was problem free and nice and clean. More

Marino Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge was very attentive and was able to address and resolve the issue in a timely manner, as well as providing me with a rental and even covered the third day when the job went a da able to address and resolve the issue in a timely manner, as well as providing me with a rental and even covered the third day when the job went a day longer. I will continue using Marino as my primary dealership for anything from oil changes to any work both maintenance and/or warranty type work and will recommend that if you own a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler to do the same. I have been to a few Dodge dealerships in Chicagoland area and they by far are more responsive, attentive and courteous than the others. Lastly, my interior was a bit dirtier than when I dropped off the vehicle as well as a panel not fully re installed, but considering the work of dropping headliner and reinstalling, I had no issue vacuuming the car out. IKudos to Marino and will be back soon for next oil change. Thank you Marino for caring about the customer, it goes a long way! More

Edwin Rivera service was great from when i walked in through the service doors. He made sure that all my needs were met. Just because of him i recommended 2 of my family members, and 1 of My Best frien through the service doors. He made sure that all my needs were met. Dishonest and neglected dealership!! I dropped my Jeep for repairs on 06/22/20 at 9AM then I called my “advisor “ Edwin around 4pm to see what is going on with my car, but Edwin told me t I dropped my Jeep for repairs on 06/22/20 at 9AM then I called my “advisor “ Edwin around 4pm to see what is going on with my car, but Edwin told me that car couldn’t get repair because the diesel mechanic employees called off? My car was sitting all day and I didn’t know until I called!! Wow!! What customer service is this?? Now, today on 06/23/20 around 10AM I called to find out what is new about my car but I was tolled that my “advisor “ is busy!! After half day Whenever I call them no one is available !! The end of the day at 4PM I went to Marino Jeep to pick up my car even it's not fixed yet , then I got email from different advisor Bob telling me that my car is ready for pick up. After arrived the manager instead of apology for their neglected behavior, he asked me to stop coming to dealerships because I wrote a true comment on their dishonest treatments. Worst jeep dealerships ever. More
