They seem to loss our 2021 Jeep renegade at service. They have had two weeks and I’m done with this dealership. They never called about anything wrong. I had to raise my voice to be acknowledged in front of 4 employees which was unfortunate because I had been standing front of them for a few minutes. Made eye contact with the man on the phone. The women in the managers office said nothing and made contact. Neither did the guy that came in office. Or sitting at desk. All whom sent me standing there and did not greet me or ask if they can help me. I had to raise my voice stating “hello” before anyone assisted me. Once I got their attention they were helpful. Although I believe having my boyfriend reinforce things helped out a lot. More
