Overall it was a terrible car buying experience. Stay away at all costs (if you plan on buying anything used/not owned by Toyota as it is Russian roulette as one salesman phrased it). First of all when I test rode the car it was an absolute mess, dirty, not detailed. I urgently needed a car and was in a bind, so I purchased a used car there with 83K miles, 2014 for 11k with 2.5k in fees and taxes. By the time I purchased it, it was only half detailed. The dealers fees of $898 are ridiculous, in addition to all additional fees. The salesman Andre was non negotiable and very difficult to work with. He was unfriendly and condescending, especially when asking questions and since I was paying cash. After feeling defeated when the signing process was complete (which wasn't horrible, although Savanna didn't have a clear explanation about the arbitration document) unfortunately, I had problems with the vehicle a few days later. I took it back to get serviced and the problem appeared fixed. A few weeks later the check engine light came on, car started making noise and ultimately broke down in the middle of the road. I towed the car to dealer and it was deemed unfixable. They put me in contact with customer relations Cynthia. The only option I was given was to trade in this car I had just bought 6 weeks earlier, for another vehicle. Upon returning to the dealership, understandably I was upset about the whole situation. While walking through the dealership, I saw the salesman that sold me my now broken vehicle with some customers and in passing I said "Watch out for this guy, he sells crappy cars" then make my way to the front desk to seek out a manager. Abruptly, 2 employees rushed to me, threatening me of calling security and escorting me from the property. This was by far not the best way to de-escalate the situation. After they realized I was planning on spending more of my money, they had me looking at cars before even knowing what the offer would be on my "trade in". After picking a new car, they offered me 3k for the car I bought there 6 weeks prior for 11k. I was shocked by this and I literally broke down in the waiting room after we were negotiating for the 2nd car. They ended up increasing the offer to 4k and convinced me to lease a new vehicle. And of course I had to pay all the dealership fees again. I was given a rental car the 2 weekends the car was in service which was accommodating but does not make up for the fact that I was sold a lemon and it was not rectified. I came to a reputable dealership, expecting quality service and product. But what I got was anything but quality. For a dealership that supposedly thrives on great customer service, I am highly disappointed and disheartened. More

In Sept 2021 I took my Tacoma to resurface the front brake rotors and replace the pads. After they finished I noticed they did nothing to the rotors. The rep, named Victor told me they resurfaced the in brake rotors and replace the pads. After they finished I noticed they did nothing to the rotors. The rep, named Victor told me they resurfaced the inside, he did not know I have auto repair knowledge. The manager was called, he apologies and took the vehicle to the shop. After fixing the problem the service manager said he will include in my account a credit of $150 for the inconvenience. On July 25 I called Toyota of Orlando to book an appointment to have an oil change. After asking the person on the other side of the line, she said there was no credit in my account. My mistake was trusting the service manager and not asking for that credit in paper. I will never trust and use the services of this dealer nor recommend it to anyone. Be aware of the thieves. More

Realizing the times we are in now. Inflation and bottlenecks are killing everyone's business. T.O.O. and all other dealers must adjust and we consumers must as well adjust. I feel that my assigned employees did everything in their power to help me and still make enough to pay everyone involved. I got an extraordinary opportunity to not only sell my vehicle but drive away with a wonderful 2022 Corolla. The experience was perfect. I only lost my temper one time. I have special needs and can get overloaded at times. Jerry kept the process moving and calm for me. He is perhaps the greatest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. No cap. He knows the product and the numbers and conveyed them to me well. I have owned 70 Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles in my 60 years and more than half of them were Toyotas dating back to 1980. I have been working with these guys for that long. 12 years ago I had a misunderstanding and left the family. I have enjoyed my vehicles but the service in Orlando at other brands has fallen greatly. Emil has been taking care of my parents 1990's Camry. They will not ever buy another car because they do not fancy the technology of today. I know how frustrating service can be, I was in the service business for 44 years. If it were not for his immeasurable kindness to my beloved mom and dad I would not have come by today and bought a car. I thank all the great people who have been there striving for excellence all these years. The only thing else I have to add is this. Toyota...Oh, oh, oh what a feeling...to drive...today! Apparently, they can't chew gum and walk at the same time. Request came through from marketing to have my contact info removed as I've moved out of state but this seems to be one of things: a very diffi time. Criminal Business Practices Taking advantage of ESL customer Hideous abuse of the multi-point inspection. A customer that comes in for a simple TPMS light can leave being charged thousands of $$. Special thanks to Matthew Sloane for his great efforts ( two thumbs up!) and Carlos Polanco who reviewed final paperwork with us, gave the grand tour of the car, paired the phone to blue tooth and offered some very helpful information.
