Had a wildly unexpected problem with a 2024 wrangler which had been 1 day since purchase, no fault on the dealer this is clearly something from the factory. However, I encountered excellent customer service, issue occurred on a Friday night and got to the service center at opening time Saturday morning and I was out the same day with my wrangler fixed, a detailed diagnostic what went wrong and what was fixed and I left with confidence that this was an anomaly. Thank you to the excellent service advisors and mechanics that got me back on the road quick! More
