Found LV Acura and Ron Wood by happenstance, in my search for a Certified pre-owned 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec with low mileage at a certain price point conducive to my budget. Over Pricing On Service Hello All, Avoid going to this dealer for any Service as this Dealer is OverPriced and is not competitive. i have a 2019 Acura MDX and unfortunatel Hello All, Avoid going to this dealer for any Service as this Dealer is OverPriced and is not competitive. i have a 2019 Acura MDX and unfortunately wanted a B16 Service and was told that it would cost B1 - $169.00 for regular oil and an Additional $30.00 for synthetic. Service 6 which is the differential fluid, would cost me $139.00 i checked the price with four other local dealers and here is what got my attention $169.00 for a B1 service Using Synthetic oil and $89.00 for Differential fluild. so i feel this dealer is a RIP off , and not sure how customer go in for service paying so much. if you wish to take your vehicle for service here, check for competitive price before getting in for services. I SHALL NEVER OUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE IN THIS DEALERSHIP. More

The GM Eoin pronounced “Owen” was very honest and upfront not pushy like you would get at most dealerships. I first dealt with a salesman Vince, very knowledgeable and upfront as well. I was able to negotiate the price directly with the GM, so there was no running back and forth negotiating the price which I really liked. Willing to help even after you purchased the car !! Third car bought I was sold a money pit Hi I’m so disappointed I bought three vehicles from Acura two were Acuras the third Mazda and which had so many problems and until this day still and Hi I’m so disappointed I bought three vehicles from Acura two were Acuras the third Mazda and which had so many problems and until this day still and I bought this car only 4 months ago The same week I purchased this vehicle I complained about lights on dashboard and problems when driving the car was only inspected two days prior to me buying the car by Acura I been to Acura three times until they decided to do anything In which they decided to get some of the problems fixed but not all Right before Christmas they charge me a deductible of close to $300 which was unexpected being they told me they would take care of it I have video recordings of proof That they where welling to Commit insurance fraud that I will report if problems are not resolve More

worst experience ever bought a used 2005 Kia Sportage from Lehigh Vally Acura and 1-1/2 days after I drove it of the lot a check engine light came on for the catalytic conv bought a used 2005 Kia Sportage from Lehigh Vally Acura and 1-1/2 days after I drove it of the lot a check engine light came on for the catalytic converter ( a very expensive repair) I brought it back they cleared the code and 5 minutes later sent me on my way saying everything was fine.. the light has since come back on more and more frequently and nothing was done about it (just cleared code each time).. on top of that I had to replace the radiator after 1 month.. then the water pump 2 weeks after that.. then all the spark plugs and wires.. (very expensive car so far) but wait it gets worse.. so now I need a new fuel filter and fuel pump (another expensive repair) and on top of that after the check engine light started coming on every week I had them look at it again and now that it has been a year they say I need a new catalytic converter and it will cost me $1200.. didn't need it when I first bought car but need it now that its been a year.. I'm a single father with 2 young kids and needed an affordable dependable car.. the salesman said this car was checked from top to bottom and everything checked out.. then the shop manager just told me it was my fault because I bought a 13 year old car and should have expected to have to make repairs and if I had just bought a brand new car none of this would be happening.. so a car that was recommended to me by these guys all of a sudden is a money pit and I should have known better is what I am told.. never again will I spend a cent at this place.. can't stand a company that does not stand behind a product they sell..
