2014 Silverado Purchase I did my research, used the Costco Auto Purchase program which directed me to Sean Donato at Sunrise Chevrolet. I was not looking forward to it, but I did my research, used the Costco Auto Purchase program which directed me to Sean Donato at Sunrise Chevrolet. I was not looking forward to it, but Sean made the experience great, from start to finish, which I can not say was universal among the seven different dealers I with which I spoke. In addition to the very competitive pricing through Costco, Sean continued to work with me on saving additional amounts here and there. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a car, reach out to Sean in their process. I was highly satisfied with my purchase. More

I went here because he had a great experience a year ago and was very happy. I dealt with Trisha over the phone and internet and she was so nice and helpful. Jayson was our salesperson and he was great too. Very patient with us and our daughter! :-). Eric was helpful as well in the finance department. It was after we signed the papers that our experience was not five stars. Hopefully it is not the norm to feel ignored after you sign the papers. I have tried at least five times to get help changing the apartment number on the registration-left five messages and recieved zero calls back. I have also tried for three weeks to find out where the pay off is at for my old car as now I am showing late. Again can not get a straight answer. Again everything was five star until after we signed. There are several Chevy dealers much closer to home that I will take my car and business to in the future. More

I took some time to make a decision on which car will fit me, with the help of "Manny" expertise it helped me to make the right choice. I had my big brother with me as well, we all put our heads together to pick the right car. The price was right when looking as well. Overall experience again was truly AWESOME!!!!
