Absolutely amazing experience. Shopped around however the service here is second to none. It's refreshing to see a dealer that cares. Eric and Lenny managed our purchase really well. My wife had to drive for 1.5 hours with our kids to get there but Eric promised us to hold the car till we got there. Best dealership! I got a great deal, no markup, on a new grand Highlander! The whole staff was super friendly and I see why Gerry got the nickname, Gerry 5 star! He was working with many customers all day but made me feel like I was the only one! I highly recommend choosing this dealership and Gerry to help you purchase your next car. Even though I was stuck in there for what felt like forever, Gerry, Eric, Sunny and Max called in all the favors to get me driving out in my new car as fast as possible, which is greatly appreciated! They made the whole process comfortable, fun, quick and enjoyable! Really they have the dream team. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership but I will definitely be going there for service just to see everyone. I’ll be recommending Braintree Toyota to all of my family and friends! Thanks guys!!
