I took my parents into the dealership on a Sunday where we were met by Kenny Tempro, who I would describe as the ultimate professional. He took the time to listen to what my parents were looking for in a new Rav 4 and walked them through the options and answered every question they had. I also had a chance to meet with Eric Francke and David Tufankjian the day I went in to pick up the car for my parents. Both were terrific to deal and as professional as Mr. Tempro. I would recommend Tufankjian Toyota to anyone looking for a different type of dealership experience. More

My relationship with Tufankjian Toyota began in Weymouth in 2005 with the purchase of my 2005 Prius.I was treated with honesty and respect which I did not forget. When the Tufankjian family moved to Braintr in 2005 with the purchase of my 2005 Prius.I was treated with honesty and respect which I did not forget. When the Tufankjian family moved to Braintree, we were gleeful as our home was located two miles from the new facility. We continued to have our Prius serviced by the dealership until our move to Florida a year and a half ago. In 2012, Toyota introduced the Prius Plug-in that is unfortunately unavailable in Florida. What do do? You guessed it! I called Toyota Scion of Braintree and was connected to Bob Hyman, the sales manager at that time.(he has sinced transferred to the family delership on the Cape I believe) What a gentleman. As questions came up, I would call and my calls were always returned promptly. Since we were planning to return to Massachussetts for the month of August, Bob seamlessly transferred me to Brian McGrath who made himself equally available for all my questions. Though his patience and willingness to listen, my wife and I completed the purchase of a 2012 Prius plug-in on August 6th. Our 2005 Prius was taken in trade at a very fair price; we then sat with Eric who outlined possible options and finally sat down with John Celesk who went over the monetary figures in an atmosphere completely lacking any pressure. From the beginning of the journey to the end, we were treated with dignity by a team of experienced professionals. One final note. As we left, Brian had Charles Tufankjian come over and introduce himself. It was a day to remember from what is a family centered dealership. Sincerely, Kathy and Charles Webb More

In May 2012 we went to several Greater Boston dealerships looking for a used Toyota Matrix. The customer service experience at Braintree was far superior to any other dealership we encountered. Staff is hone looking for a used Toyota Matrix. The customer service experience at Braintree was far superior to any other dealership we encountered. Staff is honest, direct and will not waste your time with many of the aspects of car buying that are traditionally so painful. We ended up purchasing a new 2011 Matrix that was on the floor. The sales process was pleasant and straightforward, though I was especially impressed by the Finance discussion with Walace Langame. We financed the minimum amount, had a lot of reservations about financing through a dealership and therefore asked a lot of questions. Walace was patient and professional, and helped us fully understand all options available. In the end, we decided to finance through Braintree because of a new grad program. Here's what sets Braintree apart... My husband graduated a year ago and we didn't connect the dots when seeing the signs in the showroom. It as Walace, in Finance, that mentioned the rebate after we mentioned his degree in passing. He truly was looking out for the customer and did all he could to listen to our concerns and priorities. We strongly recommend this dealership! More

I started this process online with Eric who responded quickly to my emails and quoted me a price that seemed fair. When I went to the dealership I met with Sunny who had my vehicle ready for me to try. S quickly to my emails and quoted me a price that seemed fair. When I went to the dealership I met with Sunny who had my vehicle ready for me to try. Sunny was excellent about making it easy for me to test drive a variety of different vehicles so I could make a smart decision. I never felt any "up-selling" pressure. I'm very happy with the car I ended up buying. Sunny was great about explaining the different features to me. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Sunny specifically to anyone thinking about buying a car. More

I called on the phone and spoke with Eric, I told him up front what I was looking for and really did not want a major sales pitch. W best experience. This review (July 2012) replaces my original review (June 2012). The original review was quite negative. Revisions are warranted based on further communication with the dealer personnel and resulting developments. Facts: 1) We wanted to buy a new Highlander and we chose this dealer because it was a member of the Costco Auto Program and as a Costco member, I wanted to try this program for the first time. The program promises a pre-negotiated deal for every vehicle and Costco always offers excellent value in other products to my experience. 2) We went to the dealer at 1pm on the day of purchase (a Saturday in late May 2012) and I asked for the Costco Program representative (names specifically given by Costco and this was the instruction on the Costco website). Prior to going, I emailed the dealer and asked for the Costco price sheet (per Costco instructions). Upon arrival, we ere introduced to Ed, who was not listed on the Costco site as a point of contact but Ed 'assured' me that it does not matter because they all work at this dealer anyway. We went around their lot investigating options and we settled on one particular Highlander that we bought eventually. 3) After choosing the vehicle that we eventually bought I repeatedly asked Ed to see the Costco pre-negotiated price sheet. We had to leave for another appointment at 3pm and I asked Ed to email me the sheet so I can check it on my phone on the way. We returned around 4pm and I still have not seen he Costco sheet. Instead Ed eventually brought me a number hand-written on a piece of paper. With 2 kids getting restless and having spent too much time already, plus knowing that the number was close enough to what I would probably agree to pay, we accepted the deal. 4) After Ed, we worked with the accessories person (cannot recall name). We bought several add-ons, including an all-purpose weather mat ($129+tax). He also sold us the LoJack System which was supposed to have a $100 discount at that time. 5)Financing was smooth - we completed all paperwork on Sunday. The Lojack discount was not incorporated in the final price so the financing person (cannot recall name) said she would arrange for us to receive a $100 check by mail - we got that in a week or so. 6) Because of my irritation about the Costco price sheet issue, I wrote a bad review on this website. Immediately, Eric contacted me to ask what the problem was. He mentioned that both their dealership and Costco want to ensure that I am happy with the experience. During back-and-forth emailing, we have noticed that the all-purpose weather mats were actually included in the price of the vehicle and we have been sold the same thing for the second time by the accessories person. Eric arranged for us to receive a refund check for the amount mentioned and said they would put procedures in place to make sure that this kind of event does not take place again. In the mean time, he sent me by email that Costco price sheet - finally! Summary: The dealership has a large selection and the prices are ok. Procedural problems exist in their operations and it is disappointing that care for customers comes after a negative review is posted on this website. Overall, I now think that this dealership sincerely wants to make customers happy and maintain their positive reputation. However, responding to customer requests promptly and accurately during sale discussions, not selling the same thing twice, and not having accounting errors due to miscommunication between departments within the dealership would be preferred to following up after the sale and a negative rating is posted. I assume that this dealership will take actions to address these issues immediately. I plan to buy a Prius in a year or so. I will probably visit this dealer again and will post another review if I make a purchase there next time. More

I had the plesure of purchasing a Toyota Yaris at Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response fro Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response from Bob Hadges. He was informative, personable and patient in reviewing my options. As someone who does not know much about cars, I was apprehensive about purchasing a car. Bob and all of the employees I dealt with (Ryan Tierney, Arthur Martel, Carlos Ortega, and Eric Francke)put me at ease knowing that I was dealing with honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. When I made an appointment to visit the dealership I immediately received an appointment confirmation via emaill. Upon my arrival, Bob met me and introduced me to Ryan. I was immediately impressed when Ryan had the phone information that I had given Bob over the phone on his desk. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the car. He took me on a test drive and provided me with more car facts and told me about dealership services. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Ryan and I filled out the easy and short application. Bob checked in with us and I proceeded to speak with Eric Francke who was a great help. After a short time Ryan and Bob returned with an offer which we negotiated and I accepted. Meanwhile, Arthur Martel and Carlos Ortega were working behind the scenes to get me a lower interest rate unbeknownst to me. They were able to get me an interest rate half of what I hadThey expected! This allowed me to finance a "wrap around" package which was expertly explained to me. I know this addition made great economic sense to me, but the best part of all to me was that I could get a remote to turn on the car. I signed the financial documents with Arthur and met with Bob and Ryan making arrangements to return for the car. All the employees that I dealt with at the Tufankjian Dealership seemed truly interested in my satisfaction and went above an beyond to help me obtain the car of my dreams. There was no competitiveness among salespeople or high pressure sales tactics and they all worked together smoothly as a team with my happiness as their goal. I am confident that I will be well taken care of by this group of employees during the many years ahead that I intend toown this dream car. I would highly recommend to any potential car buyer to set up an appointment with Bob to meet with the other competent members of the Tufankjian Toyota team to inquire about their inventory. More
