After seeing the vehicle (Honda Ridgeline) on the lot late one Saturday evening, I contacted Eric Jones via email. Eric worked around my extremely busy schedule to set up a test drive and eventually, sales transaction. The last time I purchased a vehicle at a dearship was in 1999; this experience was very different and much more enjoyable. My husband and I were interested in buying a used Ford Escape, 2011 or newer. We settled on a 2012 model with low mileage. I would also like to single Eric Jones out, since that is who we primarily worked with. He was friendly, curtious, prompt, and informative without being pushy or putting too much pressure on us to buy.
