When anything goes wrong or we just need regular maintenance, I call Eric Olsen and he makes an appointment as soon as possible. After he assesses what is needed, he always explains it in simple, non-technical terms. He also looks ahead to what will likely be needed next. He is patient and fair. I've recommended him to everyone I know. After several years of working with him, I've not made a single complaint. He is a professional and I will not deal with anyone else. More
