I see from looking at your file we were not able to agree to financial terms that made sense for either the dealer or you but we do want everyone to feel they were treated with respect and fairness regardless of the outcome of terms. If we did in fact treat you with the respect you deserve and just couldn't get together on terms that is the most important to us
