Great Experience! Eric was very professional throughout the whole process of buying my new car. Previously, my experiences with car dealerships have not been positive Eric was very professional throughout the whole process of buying my new car. Previously, my experiences with car dealerships have not been positive. There is often very high pressure, which was not the case with Eric. He took the time to help me and work with me to find what I wanted, without pressuring me to buy until I was comfortable. Thank you for making the purchase of my new car enjoyable! I love the car! Great Experience buying We traded in an older used car to purchase a newer certified used SUV. We found what we wanted online, went and test drove a few that were on the lot. We were offered a good price for our trade and paid what we considered to be a fair price for the the new car we bought. The sales team were up front and we didn't feel pressured by the sales team or the Finance/Loan Dept. Also great was the communication from our salesman (Greg) and manager (Eric). My texts, phone calls and emails were all answered quickly (and yes I used all 3 methods). I also feel it's important to point out that everything was straightforward which is important when you don't have the time to spend on misleading information. Great experience. More
