I told her I was in a hurry because I had my gender reveal that same day and I could definitely tell she cared and made it possible to get efficient. Our salesperson Erica at Momentum BMW was awesome throughout our entire purchase. We had been shopping around for a vehicle to replace our 2016 Porsche Cayenne. Selections were thin all around the throughout our entire purchase. We had been shopping around for a vehicle to replace our 2016 Porsche Cayenne. Selections were thin all around the Houston area. We just happened to run across this vehicle surfing the internet. The next morning, with fingers crossed to see if the vehicle was still available and she confirmed that it was. We told her we were about 60 miles away and would be there shortly after noon. Erica held the vehicle for us until we arrived and took us right to it. My wife fell in love with the X4 immediately. She was concerned that the power and features of the X4 may not measure up to her Porsche. The BMW X4 M series just blew us away on the test drive. When we returned from our test drive, we gave Erica the thumbs up and she went to work, sealing the deal in less than 15 minutes. I cannot say enough about Erica and the Momentum BWW Staff. They go out of their way to make you feel valued. I Highly recommend Erica and Momentum BMW. More

Terrible customer service. I understand there is currently a snowstorm affecting the area, but another out of state customer was able to purchase the vehicle I had my eyes on, so there should be no currently a snowstorm affecting the area, but another out of state customer was able to purchase the vehicle I had my eyes on, so there should be no excuse for their sluggishness for me. First had contact with Erica, who told me she had to get numbers from her manager, since I was an out of state buyer. Waited until the next day, when I received a text and voicemail from David. Responded to the text and also called David back at his number multiple times. No responses to either. Sent a text back to Erica with no response. On day three, received a text from Erica saying vehicle was sold pending paperwork, to another out of state buyer. I knew the vehicle would sell quickly as it was a good price for a rare vehicle. I wanted to move quickly, but was stonewalled by Erica. David was unresponsive despite contacting me first. Very frustrating and disappointing to be told the vehicle was sold when I knew we had to move quickly, while also being considerate of the fact that the dealership was supposedly closed due to the historic snowstorm. More

Dealership never filed title, registration, and taxes. State taxes were paid at the time of the sale and never sent to my home state of Florida. No one will return my calls.
