The finance process was really bad. After 1 month the loan on our trade-in has not been paid off. I think he was either lying to make an excuse or he and the dealership are really inefficient. This is a great disservice to us, and I am not coming back to this dealership in the future. I will also let my friends know that they should avoid this dealership. More
