Nick Truncellito, my salesman, was exactly what I wanted in a salesman. He was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. Nick deals in the facts, doesn't try and force you into a decision and took me at my word. I asked him to get me the "real price the first time" and he did just that. I have bought and leased many cars in the past and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have had. To those with not perfect credit-Nick and the GM went above and beyond to make sure that I was approved by the bank. My credit is fair but I have a decent income. They did what they had to do to make sure that I left with the car that I wanted at a fair price. More

In addition to providing great service on my 2017 XC90, Service Manager Mike Mazzaro Sr. (as well as his son, Mike Jr. Service tech) is an experience In addition to providing great service on my 2017 XC90, Service Manager Mike Mazzaro Sr. (as well as his son, Mike Jr. Service tech) is an experienced, responsible and incredibly helpful Manager. I recently had an accident with my Volvo C70 convertible and brought it to Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights. Mike Sr. guided me through the process in a seamless, stress free manor. He gave me proper advisement and made sure he was in contact with me on a regular basis. We have had nothing but good experiences since going to Kundert. Loyalty and concern for the customer are always what you will experience here. In fact, when one of the owners, Erin Kundert heard about my accident, she came over to the service department to check on things and personally assured me that my car would be returned looking like new. It was a promise kept! Thank you Erin, Mike Sr., Mike Jr. and the entire Kundert Volvo team! More

Easy and Quick I have been a fan of Volvo for 2 leases.. I wanted my 3rd to be quick & Easy. Bernie made sure it was. We got most of the leg work done over the ph I have been a fan of Volvo for 2 leases.. I wanted my 3rd to be quick & Easy. Bernie made sure it was. We got most of the leg work done over the phone and I came in to sign the paperwork and got into my brand new XC60. I highly recommend Bernie at Kundert! Every person I've dealt with has been courteous, professional and affable. That could be a salesperson or the guy who is washing down the cars. You don't feel like a number at Kundert. You feel as if they want you to be part of the family and that's exactly how I feel. I used to dread having to go to any dealership in order to purchase and / or service my vehicle. That simply isn't the case here. You don't feel like you're being swindled. You feel like you're being looked after. In today's society that's a huge compliment. If you have any inkling at buying or leasing a Volvo, Kundert should be your first stop. You likely won't have to go anywhere else. More

I have never before felt that sense of comfort buying a car and at 56 years of age I’ve bought many. First they took the time to find the exact car I wanted. Then they followed up with me by text and email. Then they left me alone. I looked at six other cars in the meantime and their price was always the same 5-600.00 less. So I called them back. Not an ounce of pressure. Just good natured conversations and joking around. They found a couple of small details in my credit situation and showed me how to finance the car so my score will rise 150 points. The only thing they could have done better is pay for my car themselves. They declined that particular offer but I’m still their newest life-long customer. My Mom is coming up in July to look at Volvos because of the way they treated me. Honestly, you should too!! Thank you, Kundert!!! ?? More
