Joe was a great salesman who was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and wasn’t pushy but was always available by phone call or text when I had a question to ask about the car. Another Great Experience with Johnny Birdwell and the rest at Five Star Ford of Dallas. I spoke with Mr. Birdwell on the phone. I asked for him to show me a couple of Ford Explorer Platinum's and a fully rest at Five Star Ford of Dallas. I spoke with Mr. Birdwell on the phone. I asked for him to show me a couple of Ford Explorer Platinum's and a fully Loaded White Ford Explorer ST with Street package. We arranged an appointment where I found all three cars ready for me to view and test drive. Mr. Birdwell ran the numbers for both lease and purchase and made sure to explain the advantages of each for me. A few hours later, I was leaving in my wife dream car. I would like to Thank everyone at Five Star Ford Dallas for making my purchase a fun, safe and worry-free experience. More

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER! Purchased a used vehicle last year in May and purchased the 3rd party warranty(Triton). Finance dept. put the information regarding the vehicle incorrect so when I attempted to have a in May and purchased the 3rd party warranty(Triton). Finance dept. put the information regarding the vehicle incorrect so when I attempted to have a repair done, the warranty (Triton) said the warranty had expired with less than 6k miles driven and the claim was denied. I Informed Five Star of the issue (over 7 months ago) and the issue has still not been corrected! I have called and left messages with several finance managers who do NOT return phone calls, so i had to drive back to Ford and they said the issue would be resolved but it has not. Yesterday i drove to the dealership and spoke with someone from finance who said the information would be updated then resubmitted and i could expect a call this morning regarding the issue..... Waited till 10am to follow up and made my first call with a voicemail then waited a few hours without a return call, so i made a 2nd call and left a voicemail and still no return call! At this point i am beyond MAD because i had to drive back to the dealership for a 5th or 6th time to speak with the finance manager so the claim can be processed by the warranty company and repairs completed to the vehicle that is sitting at the BMW dealership. Well she gives the information to the receptionist who tells me at this point there is nothing they can do because its at the desk of the accountants... Because no one will do their jobs, I'm left having to write posts (which i hate doing) on their website and google is up next! More

Love my Shelby Super Snake Joe Crawford was very helpful with my purchase. He did everything I asked and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. We started everything on line, got to the dealership Right before closing, car was already out front ready for us to see. I still can't believe that Five Star qualified me with Ford Motor Credit for 0% financing and no money down. I have recent late payments on other vehicles, and I even have accounts in collections for good Ford Motor Credit for 0% financing and no money down. I have recent late payments on other vehicles, and I even have accounts in collections for goodness sake! There's no telling how low my credit score has gotten. The 5 Star Credit Department and Credit Manager went above and beyond for me! More
