We’ve worked with some shady car salesmen in the past and Eugene really to the time to give us honest feedback even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. I appreciated the straightforward, reason based answers - it wasn’t just a guy trying to make a sale. Robert and Lowell also helped me get the most trade in value for my car and reduced my monthly payments to a manageable amount, even though I was upside down on my previous loan. I’m ever so grateful to get out of the lemon I was in and obtain peace of mind with a Lexus certified vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of handholding through the buying process. More

Outstanding follow through on car maintenance - end to end I love the effectiveness of your process for doing std car maintenance. Emailed me that service was made the call to schedule a date and time, within I love the effectiveness of your process for doing std car maintenance. Emailed me that service was made the call to schedule a date and time, within 30 sec got confirmation. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted by mgr and said it would be 1 hour to complete. Talked to my Salesman, and within an hour got my car back, cleaned and everything updated and check out. Excellent service process, unlike my former auto dealer (Audi of Hoffman Estate) who told me 3 hours for breaks and alignment. I came back to Audi service 5 hours later only, then said it would be an additional 2 hours. Lexus dealership does a much better job taking care of the car and the owners of the vehicles. Attention to detail and communications on what is going on is second to none at Woodfield Lexus. More

I later worked with Eric Dezdha in the service department as there was a chip in the windshield of my new car. Eric was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and very accommodating! He answered all my questions thoroughly (and then some) and handled all my concerns quickly and efficiently. Eric is an exceptional employee!...you don't find customer service as good as that nowadays! Definitely hold on to him! More

Used Car Buyer Beware Please read if you plan on purchasing a used vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. My husband and I have experienced nothing short of a nightmare since purcha Please read if you plan on purchasing a used vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. My husband and I have experienced nothing short of a nightmare since purchasing a used 2012 Honda Civic from there. When I asked if there was an inspection report we could see or if there were problems we should be aware of, the salesman, Eugene, stated that Woodfield Lexus runs a multi-point inspection on all used vehicles, and that if this car had any problems, it would not be on their lot. Only 10 days after owning the car, it breaks down. We purchased the extended warranty, which is provided through Lexus, even though the car is a Honda. I spent hours calling the main Lexus Warranty office only to receive conflicting answers from the main Honda Warranty office. When I tried calling Woodfield Lexus to help me navigate the situation, I was met with unreturned phone calls from Caryn, the finance director. I finally figured it out and took the car to a Honda dealership to figure out what was wrong with the car. We ended up spending over $700 in repairs that required “immediate attention,” including a dead battery, all of which were not covered by the extended warranty. Many more calls later and Rob, the pre-owned sales manager, finally gives me a call, only to lecture me about buying an “off brand” car from a Lexus dealership. He tells me that Woodfield Lexus only has the technology to run basic safety inspections on their “off brand” cars. This of course, is a different story from what the salesman, Eugene, told me. Essentially, Rob tells me that this is the gamble you take with buying a used car and admits no responsibility. To some extent I understand this, but I don’t believe that one should have to shell out over $700 in repairs after owning the car for 10 days. The kicker is that Rob tells me if he had known about that situation, he would have replaced the battery for free. Nevermind that I made several unreturned calls to Woodfield Lexus during the whole ordeal, so I’m not sure how I could have made a better attempt to communicate with them, but oh well. Moral of the story, proceed with extreme caution when purchasing a used, or, as they like to call it, an “off brand” vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. You could end up with hundreds of dollars of expenses. More

There service is top quality and they almost always have a loaner car for me. Quick in and out, service is complete and right the first time. I have never found so much as a tire valve cap missing. The car is cleaned inside and out, which is an added bonus. More
