The salesperson we had the pleasure of meeting was Faith Pugh. She was an absolute delight and did everything she possibly could to present our buying options. The difficulty for her is the parameters she if forced to represent Paramount KIA. Since the dealership is having difficulties obtaining the particular vehicles we were interested in buying, the Telluride, or possibly the Sorento, they are able to mark the price up above the MSRP by as much as ten thousand dollars. We were just not that desperate to own a KIA and chose to purchase a Honda Pilot instead. More

I had a good experience at the dealership as a whole. My one big negative was the amount of time I sat there beginning to end to close my deal. I arrived at a little before 2 pm & was the last one out of th one big negative was the amount of time I sat there beginning to end to close my deal. I arrived at a little before 2 pm & was the last one out of the building at almost 8! I'd had been talking with several people all week so we knew what I was coming into test drive & potentially buy & trade in. I understand buying a car takes time but 6 hrs too me it just took too long! I spent over 2 hrs chatting with Evan just sitting in the lobby waiting on the financing manager. I will say that when I did get to meet with Jordan the finance manager he was great he was polite & made sure I understood everything completely he got me in & out. Evan was spectacular he made me feel comfortable & helped the time pass with conversation I would definitely recommend & buy from him again I wish he could've handled my whole deal! Alisha was excellent with going over the tech in my new car we she was very sweet & informative. We we're interrupted several times throughout her demo I feel like it was unnecessary of the other sales people right at that very moment. Unfortunately I wasn't a big fan of Norman I got the feeling he thought I hadn't done my research so I didn't care for his sales techniques. More

I have used this dealership since 2018 when my wife Judy and I purchased two new cars from this dealership. We had both the Soul and Sorento serviced regularly. After my Sorento was totaled in a accident Ap and I purchased two new cars from this dealership. We had both the Soul and Sorento serviced regularly. After my Sorento was totaled in a accident April 29th. My son Cameron came up from Dallas,Texas and assisted me in my purchased. Prior to his arrival I had already received an email from Evan Woodward your sales consultant introducing himself as my representative from Kia since Mike had retired. Went to him before my son arrived and looked at a car similar to the Sorento. Cam arrived and the next day we came and discussed my needs and price point. I purchased the Sorento because of past performance with that make Evan was able to get me a great cash payment deal. I can not say enough about his care and performance. He turned us over to Amanda King who closed the deal doing our paperwork. I was so pleased to work with her. And drove away from Paramount KIA of Asheville with my car. To sum it up I met a careing group who found my car. And a dealership that took care on my needs. Evan was very professional and patient, with a sense of humor, and I was able to test drive several cars. So far, I love my Kia Soul and the warranty for these vehicles can't be beat. It was a long wait to see a finance person on a Saturday. But Jordan was very detailed oriented and calm - which I liked - and explained everything to me clearly. I highly recommend Paramount.
