Love, love, love Evelyn. What I love about her is that she respects the customer's wishes. She's asking the best questions to determine what I needed, identified what product would fit those needs and as she respects the customer's wishes. She's asking the best questions to determine what I needed, identified what product would fit those needs and asked for the business. From a pure sales process perspective, it was PERFECT. What makes it an outstanding experience is she wraps her personal touches around that process and has a genuine desire to satisfy customer needs. I'd highly recommend asking for Evelyn at IGH Honda.
