I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Fabiola Sotoaguilar. If I were in NY, I'd stand on 42nd street and pass out her business cards. Working with her was a pleasure. She came right over to us when we returned to the dealership and asked how we were doing. I liked that very much. The only complaint I have is concerning pricing. I don't understand why cars can't have a price (ala Carmax) without the haggling. The price problem makes the experience very stressful. I would like to know that the price on the car is the price of the car. I don't want to haggle. It takes the excitement away from buying a car. One can't concentrate on finding a suitable choice. Why do cars have to lose so much value when they are driven off the lot? Maybe a "trial" run with a car would be a good idea. The consumer "borrows" the make/model for about a week (maybe for a nominal fee) and then returns with a clear idea of the car. Then that "borrowed" vehicle could be one of those demo sales. Thanks. I am very pleased with my purchase. Fabiola went about and beyond and Dario was also very helpful and courteous. As with anyone, I would have loved to walk away with an even greater deal as far as price, and beyond and Dario was also very helpful and courteous.
