Sold my dad a car the had a check engine light on not even two weeks after he purchased it. When he dropped it off at the service department no one, he didn’t hear anything about the car til two days aft even two weeks after he purchased it. The finance manager Gerorge Matteta is a bully he want me to take the 9% after I told sales person I already have financing through my own bank!! He then went on to say no one is going to finance you!! Ban to take the 9% after I told sales person I already have financing through my own bank!! He then went on to say no one is going to finance you!! Banks won’t do because of the car mileage, which was a lie, he then said I have the best interest rate. Mind you I already have a 5.4% with my own bank, he got all upset because I won’t sign, I will never go back to the dealership More

Wonderful work and exceptional customer service. The check in and check out process was FLAWLESS! I also appreciates their attention, such as calling to keep me updated/posted about my car work status. check in and check out process was FLAWLESS! Also, all agents throughout the whole process, from calling/scheduling/confirming/greeting, checking in, dropping off, and pick up were extremely professional, friendly and understanding, especially when I asked or had a question. Lastly, what stood out the most was the information shared about my car’s current health and suggested services available to address them. However, due to experiencing limited/financial hardships/challenges, I decline. They respected my choice and did not continue about the matter. I really appreciate it, for it would have triggered me, as it would just remind me of the unhappiness I am experiencing about the matter. So THANK YOU very very very much for this. Also on a side note, as someone who is part of the high risk group of contacting/dying from corona virus, I experience daily anxiety and worry about going out, people and all settings. But, I kid you not, I experience/felt the complete opposite once on site and my interactions with staff. Another Thank you. Best, Diana More
