The salesperson was very informative but the manager was completely rude and unprofessional. Will never do business with Boch again . Do NOT go to Boch Nissan in Norwood. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service and overall first experience with Nissan in general. I am sad I have a 3 year lease, as I wish I would no long disappointed in their customer service and overall first experience with Nissan in general. I am sad I have a 3 year lease, as I wish I would no longer be associated. I bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Nissan Murano SL and have had issues with all of my dashboard lights now for 3 weeks. I first called the salesman who sold it to me a he had said to reach out with any questions or concerns. No help at all. Told me he would ask his manager as he is new and never called me back. Then I called him again only for him to tell me to contact Nissan corporate and have my husband deal with it. I got it repaired in Milford, as logistically that is better for me, but had a second issue with the car (lights on again and trunk will not open) which leads me to believe there is some sort of issue with the vehicle itself. I had a voicemail out the the Sales GM of Norwood and never received a call back. I called 3 times after that to try and get a response or direction on what I was supposed to do, as I work full time and have a family and frankly don’t have time for this. I finally just got ahold of another Sales GM who was unapologetic, put me on hold during the middle of me telling him what the issue was and then preceded to come back and tell me “it’s Sunday and there’s 20 people in the showroom”. He told me he couldn’t help he wasn’t the right person and that I need to contact Nissan corporate to document. IS THIS A JOKE?! No help whatsoever and like I said non apologetic. So I am now stuck with a vehicle that has all lights on my dashboard, trunk doesn’t work, and have to make additional time off in my schedule to take off work and get this fixed. I will be contacting Norwood corporate directly and making sure to let them know of the lack of customer service. I will never go with Nissan again, and my family and friends will CERTAINLY never work with Boch Nissan in Norwood again. More
