When Felix Nieves greeted us,it was with a friendly smile and handshake. He was willing to listen to what we wanted and tried to come up with the right car for us. His answers to any questions we had showed and handshake. He was willing to listen to what we wanted and tried to come up with the right car for us. He showed us two different models at our request and gave us the chance to try both the Santa Fe and the smaller Tucson. We thought the smaller car would answer our needs, but realized that the Santa Fe was definately the better choice. He worked very hard at trying to get us a fair monthly payment that we felt comfortable with. I would definately recommend to all my friends and family to visit the New Port Richey Hyundai Dealership and visit Felix Nieves for a fair deal. More

What an experience, WHOA! Went to dealership after recieving a call from Felix, stating that they had a program going to upgrade from our 2012 Elantra. Not expecting much due to the fact we had our ca recieving a call from Felix, stating that they had a program going to upgrade from our 2012 Elantra. Not expecting much due to the fact we had our car less than a year. Felix met us in the parking lot just as we pulled in. He went over general information with us, brought a 2013 Sonata up for us. Gave us the most complete information that we have ever been given on a automobile. He took us for a demo ride, WHOA, what information and ride. We told Felix that our payments COULD NOT be more than we were paying. Felix worked some magic, we were tough, but he made it happen. Than to finance man, he than worked more magic. We left there with our 2013 Sonata, feeling like we had just won the lottery, with a payment less than $15.00 more than our old payment. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and we will be sure to tell all our friends about it. More

I went down to the dealership today with the idea to possible upgrading my 2012 Hyundai Veloster, Felix Nieves approached me while i was on the lot, thinking about upgrading my base Veloster to the one possible upgrading my 2012 Hyundai Veloster, Felix Nieves approached me while i was on the lot, thinking about upgrading my base Veloster to the one with the style package, Felix was very friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable and told me about all the specials and which cars had the most incentives to buy, so he suggested the 2013 Sonata, so i decided to give the car a test drive, and i was impressed with the car and Felix was right cause he said it would be a better fit for me since i am 6’1”, Felix knew EVERYTHING about the Sonata all the ins and outs. So after my test drive i was sold on the Sonata, and he really got me a good deal and a good trade in price for my car, he also fed me my wife and daughter pizza, because he knew we where at the dealership for a while and my 7 year old was hungry because my wife was also getting an oil change on her 2012 Elantra Limited. I met with Felix Nieves who was in the service line with me as I was taking my 2007 Santa Fe in for a recall. He struck up a conversation and was pleasant and we talked about the new Santa Fe. I told him me as I was taking my 2007 Santa Fe in for a recall. He struck up a conversation and was pleasant and we talked about the new Santa Fe. I told him I was not interested, but he said he wanted to show me all the changes in the 2013 Santa Fe. I didn't like the interior in the Black, but loved the interior in the Silver. We talked about what it would take to buy or lease a 2013. He did bring in one of his bosses to talk more about a lease and I was impressed, but not wanting to make a decision. I told him that I need to think about it. I talked with my CPA and other people who had leased before and they thought it was a great deal. Three days later I came in and leased the Silver Santa Fe Sport Turbo. I was also introduced to Moji Abbasi who was introduced as his partner and that they work as a team. I was told that if I ever come in and Felix wasn't there, I should deal with Moji. Moji helped set up the Blue Ray package and answered some more questions about the SUV. I have always disliked car salesmen in the past and Felix changed that. I felt more comfortable going to the dentist before. I would recommend Felix and feel he has been the most professional and low keyed salesperson I have dealt with in the auto industry. I am writing this due to the experience I had and how comfortable I felt and that I was a valued past customer and a guest at the dealership. I felt that I got the respect and dignity that I haven't ever felt buying an auto and let people know there are people like Felix among the staff that made me feel that I was talking with a man who did not pressure me and respected me. I owned a Chevy S10 for 12 years and my last car was purchased used. I'm a very conservative car owner, however, Felix Nieves III really showed me that leasing a new car was the way to go. If it fits your budget and is worry free, it can't get better than that. Felix, the sales manager, & the finance manager patiently answered all my questions and explained everything in plain English. I'm surprised they didn't get tired of me and move-on. I definitely recommend Felix and Hyundai of New Port Richey. I'm getting so many compliments on my car. This was the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from the dealership, and we recommend them wholeheartedly. Service has always been outstanding, and we have come to know some of the friendly folks who make it a pleasure to do business with Hyundai. One of them is Finance Manager Mark Nessel, who worked with us in 2006 and again the other evening. I am sure we would have been making the move to a new model soon, but the reason we were there on the 9th is a salesperson named Felix Nieves III. Felix called me a couple of weeks earlier, and encouraged us to visit him and see the 2013 models. I explained that Sharon loved her 2006 Tucson and was somewhat reluctant to give it up. We agreed that her feelings would change once we got her behind the wheel of a new one. Felix was pleasantly persistent in pointing out the merits of trading while the ’06 still held major equity value; mileage was in the mid-fifties and there had never been any damage beyond minor scratches and door-dings. His positive approach convinced us that the timing was right. Upon meeting Felix in person, the deal was done. He is an old-school professional, the kind of salesperson who inspires confidence and trust. I had done considerable research,such as the merits of the new 4-cylinder engines vs. the 6-cylinder in the ’06, but Felix proved to be extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of information my research had missed. There were plenty of points that he could have skipped, since by then we were sold on the car, but Felix is too thorough to take shortcuts, telling us that attention to detail is a matter of personal pride in his work. All in all, it was a rare pleasure to work with Felix Nieves III. He is a consummate professional, and we would recommend both Felix and Hyundai of New Port Richey to anyone considering a new vehicle. More
