Fernando Avila was my sales representative, Koffi was the sales manager who ratified my purchase, and David Jennings in the business office were courteous and professional as we negotiated the transaction/purchase. Throughout the process, Fernando's knowledge about the vehicle and his desire to help me make an informed purchase, without being pushy, was what made him stand out from the other dealerships I've visited. I'm looking for a similar and positive experience from the service department as well and will write about that in my next review. More

From the moment I met them, Tom G. and Fernando we're nothing but professional and respectful in meeting my needs for buying a car. Never were they pushy or did they give me purchase deadlines. They had the exact car I wanted in stock and held it for me while I sold my other car. During the time they held it, I also checked prices with two other local dealers. Neither one came close to Stohlman's price and both had very pushy salesmen. It only confirmed my instinct to do business with Stohlman. Since my purchase, they had me return to spend 30 minutes with Charlie, their delivery specialist, who is like Subaru's version of an Apple Genius. He was able to show me how some of the technology worked and answer a few questions I had after driving the car for a couple weeks. Very nice touch. I have also met the service advisors and they seem to be as courteous and professional as the others. I can see myself having a great relationship with Stohlman of Sterling for many years to come. More

The service bays at Stohlman Subaru are more like a professi Cathy Stohlman has hit on the right combination of surroundings, selection, and service. The service bays at Stohlman Subaru are more like a professional racing teams than your typical dealership. It reminded me of NASCAR's Hendrick's Motorsports' racecar production facilities in Concord, North Carolina - awesomely clean, neat, and well organized. We have followed Stohlman from their small cramped facilities in Herndon where they picked up the service on our Outback. We just received our special order Forrester and could not be happier. If you are looking for a new Subaru, go no further, check out Stohlman. More

Amazing Customer Service Fernando Avila is an excellent salesman for Stohlman Subaru. While consulting with another rep about purchasing a 2017 Subaru, he passed out. Quickl Fernando Avila is an excellent salesman for Stohlman Subaru. While consulting with another rep about purchasing a 2017 Subaru, he passed out. Quickly Stohlman management addressed the medical issue and substituted in Fernando. Fernando was very calm and reassuring; took me on a test drive; and addressed my questions professionally and respectfully. He balanced his concerns about his co-worker with my needs as a buyer. There was no pressure to make the deal that day, so we completed the trans actions 2 days later. Wow, I love the 2017 Subaru Forester. Thanks Fernando!!! Mike, Sam and Aka were grand as we dealt with ensuring my husband had a test drive and we finalized the transaction. Thanks to a wonderful team. By the way, your receptionist is terrific, too!!!
